i/o nodes don't show up at first

Description

no i/o nodes that have been added show up in the display until you click 'best fit', then you can click 'normal size' and they're fine. i just found patch->arrange makes them show up also. refresh doesn't, nor does 'normal size' without 'best fit' first.

problem solved with a patch in liblo, commit pending application to liblo CVS (maintainer is MIA)
