Lost events with Invada Stereo Phaser

Description

Add an Invada Stereo Phaser (mono in) LV2 plugin.

After a while messages like this appear on the terminal: 

WARNING: Lost event with time 5165056 > 5164800
WARNING: Lost event with time 5318400 > 5318144
WARNING: Lost event with time 10865920 > 10865664
WARNING: Lost event with time 11763456 > 11763200

On opening the plugin GUI, one gets a burts of this lost events.

Maybe it has to do with the modulation on the LFO L/R Lamp ports this plugin does?
