Unable to disconnect ports on clear

Description

  • Add audio in
  • Add audio out
  • Connect them
  • Edit -> Clear: 
[PatchCanvas] ERROR: Unable to find ports to disconnect path:/audio_in_1 -> path:/audio_out_1

Found this when I tried to recreate a crash on Clear.
