Modules Attracted to Upper Left Black Hole

Description

It seems when loading a patch, in recent SVN, all modules end up in the upper left corner; ie, their positions are not restored.

Made a quick test to see if this is true for patches saved with the same most recent revision. Yes, but only I/O nodes ended up in the top left, while a LV2 plugin kept position (or at least, it didn't end up in a corner).

That upper corner black hole thing is not entirely solved. As the title suggests, trying to make a sub patch, it places the patch in the upper left corner.

This bug is also an issue when loading patches. All sub patch modules are attracted to that black hole.
