Description
Hi,
In Ingen, ScalePoint? from LV2 Plugins should be displayed as ComboBox? (especially if the plugin doesn't have an internal GUI).

Implemented on the canvas in #4308, though not in the dialog.
I think the dialog might be destined for the cutting room floor, I don't really see any point in it...
