seg fault on properties of control

Description
starts fine, the first thing that interested me was the two rectangles named Control... right click, still running, hit properties, segfault + window disappear, ports get closed, no prompt (seems something was backgrounded), I hit enter, get prompt.
this is on debian squeeze
