Wrong value for Canyon Delay parameter can kill ingen

Description

With revision: 1759

  • Add Canyon Delay
  • Set first parameter to 20000 via dialog

-> Segfault

I'm sorry if this is a plugin bug that can't be handled, but I only know that usually the worst thing is plugin instances dying alone.

Core was generated by `ingen -eg'.
